Booking Terms
- Confirmation of Booking: All bookings made on DeluxeTours.pt are contingent upon availability and formal acceptance by DeluxeTours. Confirmation will be communicated via email upon successful processing.
- Accuracy of Customer Information: You are obligated to provide accurate and complete details during the booking process. DeluxeTours disclaims liability for issues arising from inaccuracies in the information provided.
- Modification Requests: Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur supplementary fees. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@DeluxeTours.pt.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellation with at least 7 consecutive days’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellation with 3 to 6 consecutive days’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% applies.
- Cancellation with less than 2 consecutive days’ notice: A cancellation fee of 100% applies.
- Cancellations by DeluxeTours: In circumstances necessitating cancellations, DeluxeTours will endeavor to offer suitable alternatives. If alternatives are unsatisfactory, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not applicable once services have commenced.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, less any applicable fees imposed by financial institutions.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased at promotional or discounted rates are ineligible for refunds.
Privacy Policy
- Data Acquisition: DeluxeTours collects personal data, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and contact numbers, for service delivery and enhancement.

Shipping and Returns (for Tangible Goods)
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days. Certain goods, including perishables, are non-returnable.
- Return Procedure: Authorization for returns must be obtained by contacting info@DeluxeTours.pt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Goods: Items damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement or refund. Supporting evidence of damage is required.
